Each order is carefully checked before shipping
Each product is delivered in an original box. Our shipping company once again carefully repackages the goods so that you get it in perfect condition.
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, contact our Managing team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item.
Send an e-mail to [email protected] with valid Order Number and description of the problem.
Please save all damaged items, packing and boxes.
